Inicijative city logistike u cilju poboljšanja održivosti unutar postojećeg konteksta urbane sredine

Sažetak

Grad je mesto najveće koncentracije privrednih i društvenih delatnosti, a isporuka robe je preduslov za održavanje urbanog života i poslovnih aktivnosti kojima se ostvaruje bogastvo i razvoj grada. Logistički sistemi i procesi koji omogućavaju realizaciju robnih tokova podržavaju zaposlenost i stvaraju prihode, ali mogu imati i negativne uticaje na sve bitne funkcije grada. Stoga, logistika ima značajnu ulogu u konkurentnosti urbanih sredina i treba da bude sastavni deo gradske ekonomije. Sa aspekta održivog razvoja, odnosno društvene, ekološke i ekonomske efikasnosti, logistički procesi, pre svega urbani teretni transport, daleko su od optimalnog. Rast drumskog teretnog transporta i zagušenja saobraćaja, zagađenje vazduha i ostali negativni uticaju na životnu sredinu, neefikasno korišćenje zemljišta i rast troškova isporuke robe utiču na definisanje i istraživanje različitih inicijativa city logistike. U ovom radu opisane su inicijative koje ne zahtevaju velika infrastrukturna ulaganja i ne menjaju postojeći kontekst urbane sredine, a mogu poboljšati njenu održivost.
