Analiza efikasnosti autobuskog podsistema javnog transporta putnika u gradu Beogradu, korišćenjem DEA metode

Sažetak

Jedan od najvažnijih principa u poslovanju kompanija jeste princip efikasnosti koji se sastoji u ostvarivanju što većih ekonomskih efekata uz što manja ekonomska ulaganja. U ovom radu, predstavljena je neparametarska analiza efikasnosti, autobuskog podsistema javnog transporta putnika grada Beograda, na uzorku od pet malih, tri srednja i dva velika preduzeća. Pokazano je da celokupan autobuski transportni podsistem ima nizak nivo ukupne efikasnosti, svega 0,66%. Utvrđeno je da ekonomija obima proizvodnje transportne usluge nema značajan uticaj na nivo efikasnosti, kada je u pitanju klasifikacija koja je formirana za ovo istraživanje. Mala i srednja preduzeća su u nepovoljnijem položaju od velikih preduzeća, kada je u pitanju ekonomija obima proizvodnje transportne usluge. Ovi rezultati bi trebalo da ukažu na neophodnost da se transportni sistem i autobuska preduzeća organizaciono i tehnološki redizajniraju.
