Polne i uzrasne razlike u ispoljavanju nedisciplinovanog ponašanja tokom nastave

Sažetak

U fokusu ovog rada je fenomen školske nediscipline koji se u istraživanjima pokazao kao bitan remeteći činilac odvijanja nastave. Ciljevi ovog istraživanja bili su utvrđivanje polnih i starosnih razlika u ispoljavanju nedisciplinovanog ponašanja tokom nastave, kao i ispitivanje latentnog prostora Skale školske nediscipline. Uzorak je činilo 897 učenika (42,1% muškog pola i 57,9% ženskog pola) koji pohađaju osnovnu (46,6%) ili srednju (53,4%) školu, starosti 12-19 godina. Instrument korišćen u istraživanju je Skala školske nediscipline. Rezultati komponentne analize ukazuju na postojanje četiri komponente Skale školske nediscipline: Neučestvovanje, Agresija, Prkošenje autoritetu i Varanje. Primenom MANOVA detektuju se polne razlike na sve četiri supskale u smeru da su devojčice sklonije varanju i neučestvovanju u nastavi, a dečaci agresiji i prkosu prema autoritetu. Kada se govori o starosnim razlikama, zaključuje se da su osnovnoškolci skloniji agresivnom ponašanju, dok srednjoškolci prednjače u neučestvovanju i varanju. Dodatno, stariji srednjoškolci su skloniji neučestvovanju u nastavi od mlađih srednjoškolaca. S obzirom na to da je veoma značajno poznavanje polnih i starosnih razlika u ispoljavanju nedisciplinovanog ponašanja u školi, čini se da uspeh preventivnih programa umnogome zavisi od njihove kongruentnosti sa zahtevima učenika različitih karakteristika.
