Sažetak

Primena lean pristupa u prostoru službi administracija može da dovede do poboljšanja performansi i povećanja koristi kakve se ostvaruju u tradicionalnom proizvodnom okruženju. Pošto administrativni poslovi nisu opipljivi, to može predstavljati glavnu poteškoću za primenu lean sistema, ali koristi koje se mogu ostvariti su podjednako važne kao i one koje se ostvaruju u proizvodnom okruženju. U ovom radu se prikazuje slučaj uspešne primene lean sistema u administracii u jednoj organizaciji javnog sektora, pri čemu se stavlja naglasak na poboljšanje performansi. Izvršno vreme je u velikoj meri redukovano kod najvažnijih administrativna procesa, a ostvareno je i značajno poboljšanje produktivnosti. Primena lean sistema je otpočela mapiranjem procesa što je vrlo brzo dalo pozitivan sporedni efekat je bio stvaranje pozitivne rezultate, povećalo motivaciju i zajedničke kulture svih timova i lakše aktivnost svih zaposlenih. S druge strane, integrisanje različitih timova.
