Sažetak

Iako odlučivanje o transportnom autsorsingu i kolaborativnom transportnom upravljanju predstavljaju aktuelnu problematiku godinama, njihove veze nisu sasvim istražene. Svrha ovog rada je da doprinese boljem razumevanju odnosa između njih, sa posebnim osvrtom na saglasne i konfliktne karakteristike ovih koncepata u odnosu na potencijale zaštite od rizika koji se javljaju pri transportnom autsorsingu. Transportni autsorsing se često koristi da se deo rizika povezanih sa transportnim zahtevima prenese sa primarnih strana u lancu snabdevanja na nosioce transportne usluge. Međutim, nove veze uvode neke nove rizike - rizike povezane sa ugovorom o autsorsingu. Važno je da se takvi rizici prepoznaju, procene i uporede. Kolaboracija u transportu može da umanji i rizike transportnih zahteva i rizike povezane sa transportnim ugovorima, iako je veza sa potonjim kompleksnija. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo pregled relevantne literature i empirijske primere.
