Reciklaža štampanog papira primenom procesa pripreme mineralnih sirovina

Sažetak

U radu je opisan proces reciklaže otpadnog papira. Poseban akcenat je stavljen na opis tehnoloških faza (dezintegracija ili mlevenje, prosejavanje, prečišćavanje, pranje i/ili flotacija, tretman voda i odlaganje mulja), koje su generalno neophodne u procesu prerade otpadnog papira, a koje takođe predstavljaju i osnovne faze procesa pripreme mineralnih sirovina. S obzirom da papir kao potencijalna sekundarna sirovina zbog degradacije fizičkih karakteristika celuloze koje nastaju tokom procesa prerade, može se reciklirati ograničen broj puta, u radu je data i analiza uticaja mehaničkog i hemijskog tretmana na poboljšanje kvaliteta vlakana sekundarne celuloze.
