Primena Phlebodia-e (diosmina) pri lečenju krvarećih neprolabiranih hemoroida
SažetakSvrha ovog rada je da prikaže ulogu diosmina u lečenju krvarećih neprolabirajućih hemoroida. U periodu od novembra 2003 do januara 2004. godine grupa od 60 pacijenata sa neprolabiranim krvarećim hemoroidima (gradus II) je tretirana PHLEBODIA-om (diosminom). Kod 18 pacijenata je, prema proceni istraživača, s obzirom na simptome i godine pacijenta, kao i na nasledni faktor, pre početka lečenja učinjena totalna kolonoskopija. Svi pacijenti su primali diosmin (3x1 dnevno, 5 dana, prema recepturi) i biljni laksans Plantago ovata (2 kesice od po 3,26g dnevno, u trajanju od 3 meseca). Hemoroidalno krvarenje je prestalo posle prosečno 3,2 dana. Komplikacije ili neželjeni efekti nisu zabeleženi. Primena Phlebodia-e (uz dodatak biljnog laksansa Plantago ovata koji ubrzava zaustavljanje hemoroidalnog krvarenja) može biti efektna, sigurna, i neinvazivna metoda za lečenje neprolabiranih krvarećih hemoroida.
