Uticaj nacionalne kulture na organizacionu strukturu preduzeća u Srbiji

Sažetak

Cilj rada je da ukaže na ograničenja parcijalnog i potrebu holističkog pristupa u istraživanjima uticaja nacionalne kulture na menadžment. Koristeći slučaj organizacionog strukturiranja srpskih preduzeća, rad pokazuje kako je potpuno razumevanje uticaja nacionalne kulture na menadžment moguće samo ukoliko se u analizu uključe sve dimenzije nacionalne kulture istovremeno. Rad postavlja hipotezu da je niska formalizacija organizacione strukture kompanija u Srbiji i pored visokog stepena izbegavanja neizvesnosti u srpskoj nacionalnoj kulturi, rezultat delovanja kolektivizma i "ženskih" vrednosti u toj kulturi.
