Epidemiološke karakteristike salmoneloza u Vojvodini

Sažetak

Infekcije animalnim salmonelama su najčešće crevne bolesti koje se prenose sa životinja na ljude. Korišćenje sirovih ili termički nedovoljno obrađenih namirnica uslovljava pojavu epidemija salmoneloza. Deskriptivnim epidemiološkim metodom analizirane su epidemiološke karakteristike salmoneloza u Vojvodini u periodu 1978-2003. godine. U posmatranom periodu registrovan je 26 851 slučaj salmoneloza, sa prosečnom incidencijom 51,1/100 000 i prosečnim mortalitetom 0,9/100 000. Prosečan letalitet u posmatranom periodu iznosi 0,1%. Specifična incidencija najviša je kod dece starosti 12-24 meseca (251/100 000), a najniža u najstarijoj dobnoj grupi (13,9/100 000). Smrtni ishod se registruje uglavnom kod dece mlađe od godinu dana i osoba starijih od 50 godina (84%). Broj registrovanih slučajeva u alimentarnim epidemijama čini 41,7% ukupnog broja registrovanih slučajeva. Od 772 registrovane epidemije u Vojvodini u posmatranom periodu, najveći broj (626) čine manje epidemije nastale u krugu porodice, rodbine i prijatelja. Najčešće izolovani serotip je S. enteritidis (69,7%), a izolovano je još 68 serotipova.
