Uticaj aerozagađenja na zdravlje dece u Nišu i Niškoj Banji

Sažetak

Uvod. Epidemiološke studije ukazuju da aerozagađenje u gradovima predstavlja značajan rizik po zdravlje u izloženoj populaciji. Posebno nepovoljno utiču polutanti iz vazduha na respiratorni sistem. U Nišu i Niškoj Banji koncentracije osnovnih polutanata su ispod dozvoljenog nivoa, ali prema podacima iz literature i ove koncentracije mogu negativno da deluju na zdravlje, posebno osetljivih grupa kao što su deca predškolskog uzrasta. Metode. Da bi procenili uticaj prisutnih koncentracija polutanata na pojavu simptoma bolesti respiratornog sistema i bolesti respiratornog sistema u Nišu je urađena pilot kohortna retrospektivna studija u kojoj je učestvovalo 1 385 dece starosti od 1 do 5 godina iz dva naselja (Niš i Niška Banja) sa statistički značajnim koncentracijama polutanata u vazduhu u periodu od rođenja dece. Prevalencija simptoma bolesti respiratornog sistema i bolesti respiratornog sistema utvrđivana je anketiranjem roditelja modifikovanom anketom SZO. Rezultati. Utvrđeno je da je u zagađenijoj oblasti statistički značajno veća prevalencija pojedinih simptoma bolesti respiratornog sistema (kašalj uz prehladu i nakupljanje sekreta) i bolesti donjih partija disajnih puteva. Zaključak. Ovo istraživanje je pokazalo da koncentracije polutanata prisutne u vazduhu u Nišu i Niškoj Banji mogu biti značajan etiološki faktor za nastanak simptoma bolesti respiratornog sistema i bolesti respiratornog sistema. Kod dece starosti do pet godina utvrđeno je da je učestalost simptoma bolesti respiratornog sistema i bolesti respiratornog sistema značajno veća u zagađenoj sredini u odnosu na nezagađenu.
