Zadovoljstvo školom kod učenika srednjih škola - povezanost sa školskim uspehom i indikatorima mentalnog zdravlja

Sažetak

Istraživanje zadovoljstva školom kod učenika srednjih škola predstavlja zanemareni deo školske psihologije. Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja je bio ispitivanje povezanosti zadovoljstva školom sa školskim uspehom i indikatorima subjektivnog blagostanja i emocionalnog distresa. Uzorak je činilo 408 učenika srednjih škola, prosečne starosti 16.6 godina. Rezultati jednosmerne analize varijanse su pokazali da učenici sa visokim zadovoljstvom školom (gornji kvartil) imaju značajno viši nivo subjektivnog blagostanja, niži stepen distresa i bolji školski uspeh od učenika sa niskim (donji kvartil) i prosečnim zadovoljstvom školom (srednjih 25%). Rezultati ovog istraživanja sugerišu da zadovoljstvo školom predstavlja važan aspekt subjektivnog blagostanja i da se može koristiti kao validna mera opšte prilagođenosti učenika.
