Zakonska regulativa EU za ocenu usaglašenosti proizvoda u pogledu upravljanja bezbednošću i kvalitetom hrane

Sažetak

U radu je dat rezime osnovnih pravnih akata EU koji regulišu oblast zdravstvene bezbednosti i kvaliteta poljoprivrednih i prehrambenih proizvoda - Bela knjiga o zdravstvenoj bezbednosti hrane iz 2000. godine; Opšti zakon o hrani iz 2002. godine; uredbe, odluke i direktive o: upotrebi pesticida i veterinarskih lekova, genetski modifikovanoj hrani i stočnoj hrani, higijeni prehrambenih proizvoda, koje promovišu NASSR koncept, osnovnim postavkama NASSR principa i aktivnostima EU u radu Codex Alimentarius Komisije nadležnostima ove Komisije i njenim relacijama sa STO Sporazumima o sanitarnim i fitosanitarnim merama (SPS Agreement) i tehničkim barijerama u trgovini (TVT Agreement). U osnovnim crtama biće razmotreni i ISO standardi kao i modularni pristup za ocenjivanje usaglašenosti proizvoda.
