Uticaj finansijskih performansi na mobing i maltretiranje na radnom mestu u organizacijama u Srbiji

Sažetak
U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja uticaja ajtema organizacionih finansijskih performansi (i dimenzije finansijskih performansi) na mobing i maltretiranje na radnom mestu. Istraživanje je realizovano u organizacijama u Srbiji, a ispitanici su bili zaposleni u ovim organizacijama. Sakupljeno je ukupno 536 upitnika, koji su bili validni za dalje analize. Rezultati su pokazali da većina posmatranih ajtema finansijskih performansi nema statistički značajan uticaj na mobing u organizacijama. Međutim, ajtem Plate statistički značajno, snažno i negativno utiče na sve posmatrane dimenzije mobinga i ajtem maltretiranje. Dakle, niske zarade zaposlenih predstavljaju plodno tlo za razvoj mobinga. Suprotno tome, sa povećanjem plata zaposlenih, dolazi do smanjenja svih aspekata mobinga. U radu su data obrazloženja za ove pojave. Za lidere i menadžere u poslovnim organizacijama je važno da poznaju ovde istraživane procese i relacije. Poseban oprez treba da postoji u uslovima nepovoljnih organizacionih finansijskih performansi, a naročito niskih zarada zaposlenih.
