Sažetak
Pokušaji samoubistava u adolescenciji, i u našoj sredini, postaje sve frekventniji i ozbiljniji fenomen i problem. U radu se razmatraju psihodinamika depresivnosti u adolescenciji, kao i faktori koji određuju odbrambeno okretanje depresivnosti u acting-out reakcije, uključujući suicidalni acting-out. Na osnovu daljeg sagledavanja i manje svesne psihodinamike postavljaju se hipoteze o pokušaju suicida kao aktu protiv sopstvenog, seksualnog tela, loših-neuspešnih delova sebe i internalizovanih objekata. Konačno, na istom nivou, pokušaj suicida se može shvatiti i kao poslednje, regresivno, narcističko, megalomansko dosegnuće kontrole nad sobom i svetom - trijumfalno ostvarenje ideje da se kroz smrt izbegne trpljenje i postignu psihološka besmrtnost i nirvana. Postavke koje su iznete u radu se tumače u okviru psihoanalitičke teorije i u sklopu razvojnih procesa specifičnih za adolescenciju.
Abstract
Attempted suicide during adolescence in our environment is becoming an increasingly frequent and serious phenomenon and problem. The paper considers the psychodynamics of depression in adolescence as well as factors that determine the defensive shifting from depression to acting-out reactions, including suicidal acting out. Based on a further understanding and a less conscious psychodynamics, a hypothesis is made regarding attempted suicide as an act against one's own, sexual body, the inferior-unsuccessful parts of oneself and internalized objects. Finally, on the same level, attempted suicide may be understood as a final, regressive, narcissistic, megalomanic reach for control over oneself and the world - the triumphant realization of the idea that through death one avoids suffering and attains psychological immortality and nirvana. The premises presented in the paper are interpreted within the framework of psychoanalytical theory and the developmental processes that are specific to adolescence.
