Individualne razlike u stresnom odgovoru: uvod u matematički model
Sažetak
Ljudi se razlikuju po tome šta doživljavaju kao stresno i do kog stepena. Mi definišemo veličinu - stresni prag (sigma) - koja povezuje hipotalamo-hipofizno-adrenalnu ili stresnu osovinu sa memorijskim sistemom u mehanizam povratne sprege. Tekući stresni prag diktira intenzitet stimulusa koji uključuje stresni odgovor. S druge strane, svaki 'skok', stresne osovine pomaže dugoročnom zapamćivanju stresnog događaja putem promena koncentracija nekih njenih produkata konsekventno menjajući vrednost praga za buduće stresore. Posle dejstva jakog spoljnog stresora nova stresna memorija deluje kao unutrašnji izvor stresa. Mi pretpostavljamo da njegov intenzitet opada brzinom kojom se obrađuje stresna informacija. Ovaj proces je okarakterisan vremenskim parametrom tau. I sigma i tau su individualni: zavise od osobina ličnosti, genetskih i stečenih. Predlaže se mehanizam stresnog odgovora u vidu povratne sprege između pomenuta dva sistema. Sve veličine koje učestvuju u njemu su precizno definisane i čine osnovu budućeg matematičkog modela stresa.
