Sažetak
Rad Službe hitne medicinske pomoći (SHMP) Zaječar u 2000god. Analiziran je po mesecima, danima, smenama i u zavisnosti od mesta ukazivanja neodložne medicinske pomoći. Rezultati su dobijeni retrospektivnom analizom evidencije protokola bolesnika SHMP Zaječar za 2000 god. U toku posmatrane godine 15.324 pacijenta je imalo potrebu za ukazivanjem hitne medicinske pomoći. Od ovog broja 11991 pacijentu pomoć je pružena u ambulantskim uslovima, dok je za 3333 bolesnika bila neophodna intervencija na terenu. Od ukupnog broja izlazaka na teren 2.772 je bilo u gradu, pri čemu je pređeno 19.404 km i pri tom je provedeno 1.386 sati. Seoskih vizita je bilo 561, a ekipe su van grada provele 899 sati, prešavši 19.119 km. SHMP Zaječar je u toku 2000 god. prešla ukupno 38.523 km i provela 2.285 sati na terenu. Terenski rad je zastupljeniji u zimskim mesecima u odnosu na letnje, s tim što ima više pregleda u dnevnoj smeni, dok je u letnjim mesecima ta razlika neznatna u korist noćnih pregleda. Najviše pregleda u ambulantnim uslovima ima nedeljom, a izlazaka na teren subotom.
Abstract
Work of Emergency Service (ES) in Zajecar during 2000th, was analyzed by months days, shifts and depending of place for urgent help. Retrospective analyses of protocol evidence of patients ES Zajecar gave the results for 2000th. 15324 patients had needs for urgent medical help during observed year. From that number, help was given to 11991 patients in Ambulance conditions, while field intervention was necessary to be given to 3333 patients. From total number of field interventions, 2772 were done in town, with passed 19404 km and spent 1386 hours. In villages were 561 doctor calls, and medical team spent 899 hours out of town, and passed 19119 km. During 2000th medical team from Urgency service passed 38523 km in total and spent 2285 hours on the field. Fieldwork was more usual during the winter than the summer months. There were more examinations during the day shifts in winter, while there were more night shifts during the summer months. But this difference was insignificant. The most examinations in Ambulance conditions have been done during the Sundays and field interventions were frequent during the Saturdays.
