Effects of different application of physical education to the development of explosive energy of children in the second grade of elementary school

In order to examine influences of different application of the classical model of the physical education program in our educational practice to the development of explosive energy, as the component of motoric skills, we carried out researches on the sample of 110 pupils of the second grade of elementary eight-year school. Students of the Teachers' Training Faculty held classes with the experimental group systematically, according to schedule of classes in gymnasium, while with the control group teachers held classes at school playground doing only elementary children games with girls and sport games with boys. The differences achieved by methods of multi-variant analysis of facts, between the initial and final state of explosive energy of pupils in both groups, significantly contributed to the positive influence on the development of explosive energy of pupils especially to throwing and sprint type of explosion, while in the control group it is exclusively due to the consequence of children's growth and development.
