Uterini faktor kao uzrok infertiliteta žena

Sažetak

Prospektivnim ispitivanjem obuhvaćeno je 300 pacijentkinja, kod kojih je urađena histerosalpingografija (HSG) i 150 pacijentkinja kod kojih je izvršena hromolaparoskopija. Kongenitalne anomalije materice i hipoplazija utvrđene su HSG-om u višim procentima u odnosu na laparoskopiju. Histerosalpingografijom je utvrđena veća učestalost svih patoloških promena na materici, izuzev mioma materice, u odnosu na laparoskopiju. Patološke promene na materici registrovane su u višem procentu u odnosu na broj ispitivanih pacijentkinja, jer je kod pojedinih osoba utvrđeno istovremeno prisustvo dve ili više promene. Udružene patološke promene utvrđene su u višem procentu histerosalpingografijom u odnosu na laparoskopiju, dok su pojedinačne promene dijagnostikovane u nižim procentima. Deficiti u punjenju materice kontrastnim sredstvom, kao i promene na endometrijumu mogu se dokazati samo histerosalpingografijom. Intravazacija se može utvrditi pomoću obe metode. Za dijagnostiku mioma materice, laparoskopija je daleko značajnija metoda od histerosalpingografije.
