Spekrofotometrijsko određivanje konstante kiselosti kalkona u vodenim i voda-organskim rastvaračima

Sažetak

Kiselo-bazna svojstva kalkona (1-(2-hidroksi-1-naftilazo)-2-naftol-4-sulfonske kiseline) u vodi i rastvorima voda-organski rastvarači na 25 °C pri jonskoj jačini 0,10 M su ispitivana spektrofotometrijski. Korišćeni su organski rastvarači metanol, dimetil-sulfoksid i acetonitril. Konstante kiselosti u slučaju svih ravnotežnih sistema su određivane u celom spektralnom regionu korišćenjem faktorske analize primenom programa Datan. Odgovarajuće vrednosti pKa su određene u vodi i rastvorima voda-organski rastvarač. Dobijena je linearna zavisnost kiselosti i molske frakcije različitih rastvarača. Diskutovan je uticaj svojstava rastvarača na kiselo-bazna svojstva.
