Makrociklični kompleksi - sinteza i karakterizacija

Sažetak

Tepmplatnom sintezom, polazeći od 1,8-diaminonaftalena, 2,3-butandiona i odgovarajućih soli metala u metanolu kao rastvaraču, sitetizovana je serija novih kompleksa tipa [M(C28H24N4)X]X2 (M = Cr(III), Fe(III) i Mn(III); X = Cl-, NO3-, CH3COO-, dok C28H24N4 predstavlja odgovarajući makrociklični ligand). Za karakterizaciju dobivenih kompleksa, pored elementarne mikroanalize, konduktometrijskih i magnetnih merenja, upotrebljena je UV/Vis, i IR spektroskopija. Na osnovu ovih merenja nađeno je da su dobijeni pentakoordinovani kompleksi imaju kvadratno-piramidalnu geometriju. Ispitivana je in vitro antifungalna aktivnost sintetizovnih kompleksa na sledećim sojevima: Aspergillus niger i Aspergillus fumigatus. Dobijeni rezultati su poređeni sa rezultatima za standardni antifungalni lek flukonazol.
