Efekat pH podloge i dužine kultivacije na produkciju micelije, polisaharida i ligninolitičkih enzima kod Ganoderma lucidum iz Crne Gore

Sažetak

Cilj ovih istraživanja bio je proučavanje efekta različitih početnih pH podloge na produkciju micelije, ekstra- i intracelularnih polisaharida, kao i ligninolitičkih enzima kod Ganoderma lucidum posle sedam i 14 dana kultivacije. Maksimalna produkcija biomase micelije je bila zabeležena na pH 4,5 (posle sedam dana kultivacije), i na pH 5,0 (posle 14 dana kultivacije). Maksimalna produkcija ekstracelularnih polisaharida je dobijena na pH 7,0 i pH 3,0, dok je pik sinteze intracelularnih polisaharida uočen pri pH 7,0 sedmog dana kultivacije, odnosno pri pH 5,5 četrnaestog dana kultivacije. Produkcija ligninolitičkih enzima se nije desila ni pri jednoj analiziranoj pH vrednosti podloge. Uticaj dužine kultivacije je bio proučavan pri optimalnoj pH podloge za produkciju micelije i merenja su bila urađena počev od četvrtog do 13 dana kultivacije. Maksimalna produkcija biomase je dobijena 11 dana, ekstracelularnih polisaharida sedmog dana, a intracelularnih polisaharida šestog i 10 dana kultivacije.
