Oksalat oksidaza i ne-enzimska jedinjenja antioksidativnog sistema u mladim omorikama nakon kratkotrajnog tretmana kadmijumom

Sažetak

Proučavane su promene u koncentraciji askorbata i glutationa, sastav u prostih fenola i aktivnost oksalat oksidaze, u 75 dana starim omorikama, posle izlaganja 5 μM i 50μM kadmijumu u toku 6-48 sati. Ovde je prvi put pokazana oksalat oksidazna (OxOx) aktivnost u jednoj četinarskoj vrsti. Obe koncentracije Cd su indukovale smanjenje OxOxaktivnosti u tretiranim mladim biljkama u odnosu na kontrolu, za sve dužine tretmana. Utvrđeno je smanjenje koncentracije redukovanog i oksidovanog glutationa, kao i redukovanog askorbata u biljkama u toku 48 sati tretmana kadmijumom. Među prostim fenolima, samo količina katehina je znatno povećana u biljkama u toku tretmana.
