Ekspresija receptora za prolaktin u trofoblastnoj ćelijskoj liniji HTR-8/SVNEO

Sažetak

Prolaktin je hipofizni hormon koga produkuju i mnoga druga tkiva u organizmu. Decidualizovani endometrijum je tkivo za koje je među prvima dokazano da produkuje prolaktin, i postoji mogućnost njegovog uticaja na lokalna tkiva i ćelije, što može biti od značaja za imunokompetentne ćelije i trofoblast. U ovoj studiji ispitivana je ekspresija prolaktinskog receptora u trofoblastu korišćenjem imunocitohemije i Western blot analize na HTR-8/Svneo ćelijskoj liniji, jednom od modela za trofoblast rane trudnoće. Dobijeni rezultati dokumentuju ekspresiju duge i srednje forme prolaktinskog receptora, za koje je potvrđen signalni značaj.
