Sažetak

Teški metali kao polutanti u radnoj i životnoj sredini su ozbiljan zdravstveni i ekološki problem zato što su toksični, nisu biorazgradivi, akumuliraju se u živim sistemima i imaju dugo poluvreme života u zemljištu. U radu je analiziran uticaj izloženosti olovu i kadmijumu u radnoj i životnoj sredini preko model sistema eksperimentalnih životinja na parametre standardne hematološke analize, vrednost proteina i aktivnost nekih enzima jetre (kisele i alkalne DNaze kao pokazatelja intenziteta degradacije DNK, mogućeg parametra apoptoze) bez, i u prisustvu suplemenata glutationa i liponske kiseline. Studija je pokazala da olovo i kadmijum značajno utiču na sadržaj proteina, RCB, Hb i Hct. Ovi metali značajno povećavaju aktivnost DNaza, a dodati suplementi stupaju u interakciju sa njima i na taj način značajno smanjuju negativan efekat delovanja istih.
