Revaskularizacija bubrega - prikazi tri bolesnika

Sažetak

Prikazana su tri bolesnika kod kojih je revaskularizacija bubrega bila uspešna i kod kojih ce funkcija bubrega normalizovala. Kod sva tri bolesnika došlo je do slabosti bubrega i renovaskularne hipertenzije usled okluzije bubrežnih arterija, koja je bila udružena s aneurizmom aorte (dve abdomenske i jedna torakoabdomenska). Pre operacije svi bolesnici su bili na hemodijalizi: prvi bolesnik je bio četiri meseca, drugi 25 dana, a treći dva dana. Posle revaskularizacije bubrega, kod prvog bolesnika funkcija bubrega ce normalizovala odmah, kod drugog posle tri meseca, a kod trećeg posle deset dana. Kod jednog bolesnika se arterijski pritisak normalizovao bez dalje primene lekova. dok se kod druga dva bolesnika značajno smanjio uz primenu male doze odgovarajuće terapije. Kod pažljivo odabranih ispitanika revaskularizacija nefunkcionalnog bubrega koja je uzrokovana okluzijom renalne arterije može dovesti do normalizovanja funkcije bubrega i korekcije renovaskularne hipertenzije. Kod ovih bolesnika je za očuvanje bubrega tokom njihovog ne funkcionisanja od izuzetnog značaja kolateralna cirkulacija bubrega.
