Značaj aminotransferaza i broja trombocita u neinvazivnoj proceni stadijuma hroničnog hepatitisa C

Sažetak

Ispitana su 143 bolesnika obolela od hroničnog hepatitisa C. Kod svih bolesnika je urađena biopsija jetre i određeni su stadijumi fibroze numerisani prema Išakovom sistemu. Izražena fibroza (umerena i teška) utvrđena je kod 18,2% bolesnika, a ciroza jetre kod 8,4% bolesnika. Za poređenje sa stadijumima fibroze korišćeni su koeficijenti sledećih parametara: aspartat i alanin-aminotransferaze (AST/ALT indeks) i aspartat-aminotransferaze i broja trombocita (APRI). AST/ALT indeks je bio u korelaciji sa cirozom jetre kod 83,3% bolesnika. APRI je bio u korelaciji s izraženom fibrozom kod 88,5% bolesnika, a cirozom kod 66,7% bolesnika. Kod 96,6% bolesnika APRI je bio u korelaciji s odsustvom fibroze, odnosno blagom fibrozom. Primena AST/ALT indeks i APRI može se koristiti za procenu stadijuma fibroze jetre kod bolesnika s hroničnim hepatitisom C ako biopsija jetre nije moguća.
