Uticaj tronedeljne redukcione dijete na krvni pritisak, lipidni profil i glikoregulaciju kod morbidno gojaznih osoba

Sažetak

Uvod Gojaznost je udružena s razvojem mnogih komplikacija, a najteže od njih su kardiovaskularne bolesti i šećerna bolest. Cilj rada Cilj rada je bio da se ispita uticaj tronedeljne redukcione dijete kod morbidno gojaznih osoba na vrednosti krvnog pritiska, lipidnog profila i parametara glikoregulacije. Metod rada Ispitivanjem je obuhvaćeno 110 bolesnika (33 muškarca i 77 žena), prosečne starosti od 35±1 godinu, prosečne telesne težine od 131,7±2,6 kilograma, prosečnog indeksa telesne mase (BMI) od 45,4±0,8 kg/m2, koji su smešteni u bolnicu radi smanjenja telesne težine režimom tronedeljnog terapijskog gladovanja. Svim ispitanicima su tokom tronedeljne redukcione dijete beležene promene krvnog pritiska, nivoa lipida, glikemije i insulinemije. Na osnovu početnih vrednosti glikemije i insulinemije, insulinska senzitivnost je određivana metodom HOMA (Homeostasis Model Assessment). Rezultati Tokom tronedeljne redukcione dijete telesna težina ispitanika je smanjena sa 131,7±2,6 kg na 117,7±2,4 kg (p<0,001). Dijeta je dovela do značajnog smanjenja (p<0,001) sistolnog i dijastolnog krvnog pritiska, ukupne vrednosti holesterola, holesterola male gustine i triglicerida, kao i početnih vrednosti glikemije i insulinemije. Takođe, došlo je do značajnog (p<0,05) povećanja osetljivosti na insulin od 54±6% (pre dijete) do 89±13% (na kraju dijete). Zaključak Tronedeljna redukciona dijeta je kod morbidno gojaznih osoba dovela do značajnog smanjenja i normalizacije krvnog pritiska, nivoa lipida, kao i glikoregulacije uz poboljšanje osetljivosti na insulin.
