Zdravstveno stanje stanovnika severne Kosovske Mitrovice

Sažetak

Uvod. Za procenu zdravstvenog stanja, pored podataka rutinske zdravstvene statistike, neophodno je uključiti i informacije koje se dobijaju od samih građana. Cilj rada. Cilj rada je bio da se utvrdi kako odrasli stanovnici severne Kosovske Mitrovice procenjuju sopstveno zdravlje i koje su najčešće hronične bolesti među njima, kao i da se istraže razlike u odnosu na osnovne demografske i socijalno-ekonomske odlike, obeležja socijalne interakcije i ponašanje i navike u vezi sa zdravljem. Metode rada. Istraživanje je urađeno kao studija preseka na reprezentativnom uzorku od 318 odraslih stanovnika severne Kosovske Mitrovice u 2006. godini. Instrument istraživanja bio je upitnik koji je korišćen tokom ispitivanja zdravlja stanovnika Srbije 2006. godine. Značajnost razlika odgovora o samoprocenjenom zdravstvenom stanju i hroničnim bolestima u odnosu na navedene odlike ispitanika određivana je χ2-testom, sa nivoom značajnosti od 0,05. Rezultati. Nešto više od polovine ispitanika (54,7%) je odgovorilo da je njihovo zdravlje dobro ili veoma dobro. Značajna razlika u samoproceni zdravlja postoji u odnosu na starosno doba (χ2=202,036; p=0,000), obrazovanje (χ2=72,412; p=0,000), socijalnu podršku (χ2=12,416; p=0,015), pušenje (χ2=11,675; p=0,020) i bavljenje fizičkom aktivnošću (χ2=61,842; p=0,000). Vodeći zdravstveni problemi među njima su bili: povišen krvni pritisak, reumatološka oboljenja zglobova, čir dvanaestopalačnog creva ili želuca, oboljenja žučne kesice i povišene masnoće u krvi. Zaključak. Odrasli stanovnici severne Kosovske Mitrovice su svoje zdravstveno stanje procenili kao bolje nego stanje stanovnika Srbije bez Kosova i Metohije. U strukturi obolevanja vodeće mesto su imale bolesti kod kojih je jedan od važnih etioloških faktora stres. Dobijeni podaci na nivou populacije određenog područja predstavljaju osnovu za planiranje zdravstveno-vaspitnih i zdravstveno-promotivnih aktivnosti.
