Projekat

Praćenje zdravstvenog stanja divljači i uvođenje novih biotehnoloških postupaka u detekciji zaraznih i zoonoznih agenasa - analiza rizika za zdravlje ljudi, domaćih i divljih životinja i kontaminaciju životne sredine (MPNTR - 31084)

Sažetak

Uvod Trenutno dve filogenetski različite linije virusa influence B, B/Yamagata i B/Victoria, zajedno cirkulišu širom sveta i mogu izazvati značajan morbiditet i mortalitet stanovništva. Cilj rada Cilj rada je bio da se odredi zastupljenost dve linije virusa influence B među stanovništvom pokrajine Vojvodine i ispitaju antigenske i filogenetske osobine reprezentativnih virusa. Metode rada Ukupno 369 i 334 nazofaringealna brisa ili brisa nosa i grla, sakupljena tokom sezone 2012/2013, odnosno 2013/2014, analizirana su specifičnim, pojedinačnim influenca A, influenca B, influenca B/Yamagata i influenca B/Victoria real-time RT-PCR testovima. Antigenske i genetičke analize vršene su reakcijom inhibicije hemaglutinacije, odnosno analizom genske sekvence hemaglutinin i neuraminidaza gena. Rezultati Tokom sezone 2012/2013. virusi influence B ustanovljeni su kod 53,4% (101/189) influenca-pozitivnih uzoraka. B/Yamagata-like virusi su bili statistički značaj- no češći od B/Victoria-like virusa (81,2% naspram 18,8%).
