A group of automorphism we use the wreath product G # H, where G denotes the subgroup of order 3 of PSL(2,2) and H constructed as a normalizer of the Klein subgroup of PSL(2,7). Normalizer H has the cardinality 24. It has been found 2-(24, 4,3-s) designs for s in the set {27,33,38} and 2-(24, 5,20-s) designs for s in the set {23, 27, 38}. Up to our knowledge, 5 of 6 of these found designs are new.
