Motoričke sposobnosti učenica prvog razreda osnovnih škola različitog stepena uhranjenosti

Sažetak

Povećana telesna masa kod dece često se povezuje sa smanjenim motoričkim i funkcionalnim sposobnostima koje su povezane s upražnjavanjem pojedinih sportskih aktivnosti. Cilj ovog rada bio je da se utvrdi da li su pojedine motoričke sposobnosti pod uticajem povećane telesne mase, odnosno da li postoje razlike u motoričkim sposobnostima tri grupe učenica prvog razreda koje su klasifikovane na osnovu BMI na tri grupe. Ukupan broj ispitanica bio je 85, prosečne starosti od 7.07±0.52 godine. Ispitanice su podeljene u tri grupe: 1) sa normalnom telesnom masom (n= 47; BMI≤17.75); 2) sa povećanom telesnom masom (n=25, BMI od 17.76 do 20.50); 3) gojazne ispitanice (n=13, BMI ≥20.51). Za procenu motoričkih sposobnosti (eksplozivne snage, koordinacije i brzine) primenjen je set od devet testova. Dobijeni podaci obrađeni su jednofaktorskom analizom varijanse (One-way ANOVA), a razlike između grupa utvrđene su LSD Post Hoc Testom. Rezultati su pokazali da u eksplozivnoj snazi, koordinaciji i brzini između grupa postoje statistički značajne razlike. Najveća statistički značajna razlika utvrđena je između grupe sa normalnom telesnom masom i grupe gojaznih. Bolje vrednosti zabeležene su kod ispitanica sa normalnom telesnom masom. To je i očekivano, s obzirom na sposobnosti koje ispitanice treba da imaju da bi uspešno i brzo realizovali postavljene zadatke.
