Zadovoljstvo studenata kvalitetom nastave - efekti godine studija i akademskog postignuća

Sažetak

Cilj istraživanja koje se predstavlja u radu bio je ispitivanje osnovnih aspekata kvaliteta nastave kako ga vide studenti i utvrđivanje efekata akademskih karakteristika studenata na evaluaciju kvaliteta nastave. Uzorak su činila 534 studenta Filozofskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. Studenti su dobrovoljno ispunili upitnik studentske evaluacije u sklopu interne kontrole kvaliteta koja se sprovodi na Fakultetu. Analizom glavnih komponenata izolovane su tri komponente kvaliteta nastave: organizacija nastave, studijski program i realizacija nastave. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su studenti IV godine manje zadovoljni kvalitetom organizacije nastave, tj. nastavničkim kompetencijama, u odnosu na studente drugih godina studija. S druge strane, studenti II godine osnovnih studija i studenti master i doktorskih studija daju više ocene realizaciji nastave u odnosu na preostale studente. Uspeh u studiranju statistički značajno korelira s izraženim zadovoljstvom realizacijom nastave na svim godinama osnovnih studija, dok je značajna korelacija sa zadovoljstvom organizacijom nastave i studijskim programom dobijena kod studenata viših godina studija, tj. IV godine osnovnih studija i master i doktorskih studija. Rezultati ukazuju na značaj uvažavanja akademskih karakteristika studenata prilikom analiziranja rezultata studentske evaluacije.
