Uticaj radnih parametara na fluks permeata tokom mikrofiltracije vode od močenja u industriji skroba

Sažetak

U ovom radu se ispituje mikorfiltracija vode od močenja pri dobijanju kukuruznog skroba. Na ovaj način bi se smanjila potrošnja sveže vode tokom tehnološkog procesa, a nutrijenti iz vode od močenja bi se mogli koristiti kao stočna hrana. Za regeneraciju nutrijenata iz vode od močenja se koristila keramička membrana sa otvorima pora od 100 nm. Tokom eksperimenata se pratio uticaj trans-membranskog pritiska i protoka na zavisne parametre, koji su fluks permeata i suva materija permeata i retentata. Drugi cilj rada je da se prati uticaj statičkog mešača na fluks permeata tokom mikrofiltracije vode od močenja. Statističkom analizom eksperimentalnih podataka su se utvrdili optimalni uslovi mikrofiltracije vode od močenja. Maksimalna vrednost fluksa permeata koja se dobija bez upotrebe statičkog mešača iznosi 25 l/m2h, i postiže se pri transmembranskom pritisku od 2 bara i pri protoku od 100 l/h. Uz upotrebu statičkog mešača postiže se fluks permeata za 2,5 puta veći od vrednosti fluksa postignutom bez mešača. Nakon 2,5 sata mikrofiltracije permeat sadrži za 40% manje suve materije u odnosu na polaznu sirovinu, vodu od močenja.
