Uticaj sporta na razvoj hipertrofije miokarda leve komore

Sažetak

Poznato je da se kao posledica dugotrajnih i intenzivnih treninga javljaju specifične adaptivne promene na srčanom mišići koje se ispoljavaju, između ostaolg, i razvojem fiziološke hipertrofije miokarda (tzv. sindrom sportskog srca). Stepen i tip hipertrofije zavise od vrste i tipa sporta. Cilj ovog rada bio je da se utvrdi tip i stepen hipertrfoije miokarda leve komore kod aktivnih sportista koji se bave kombinovanim tipom sporta. Istraživanjem su bile obuhvaćene dve grupe ispitanika: aktivni sportisti (30) i nesportisti (30). Svim ispitanicima urađen je ehokardiografski pregled kojim su određeni standardni ehokardiografski parametri. Utvrđena je značajno veća dimenzija leve pretkomore u grupi sportista (p<0.05). Procenjena masa miokarda leve komore značajno je veća u grupi sportista (p<0,001) i ukazuje na postojanje ekcentrične hipertrofije miokarda. Endokavitarne dimenzije leve komore kao i debljina interventrikulanrog septuma, odnosno zadnjeg zida značajno je veća u grupi sportista (p<0,05).
