Razvoj i implementacija sistema upravljanja kod rekonstruisane CNC mašine primenom Arduino platforme

Sažetak
Rad se bavi razvojem kontrolera bez povratne sprege koji je primenjen kod Arduino platforme u cilju ponovnog korišćenja postojeće CNC mašine za izvođenje jednostavnih proizvodnih operacija. CNC mašina o kojoj je reč u ovoj studiji je štampač Objet Quadra Tempo 3D. Cilj ovog rada je da se jednostavnom rekonstrukcijom izvrši konverzija mašine, koja se smatra zastarelom zbog visokih troškova održavanja, korišćenjem jeftinih komponenanata iz postojećih zaliha i otvorenim softverom u cilju smanjenja elektronskog i industrijskog otpada. Mikro-kontroler ArduinoMega 2560 je iskorišćen za upravljanje drajverima steper motora mašine. Ovaj mikrokontroler omogućava jednostavno upravljanje analognim i digitalnim uređajima. Celokupna rekonstrukcija je izvršena u cilju dodavanja i oduzimanja proizvodnih operacija. Aktivnosti prikazane u ovom radu obavljene su pomoću instaliranog elektro-vretena za obradu drveta i polikarbonata. Korišćenje jeftinih komponenata omogućilo je transformaciju 3D printera u CNC glodalicu koja može da obrađuje materijale kao što su drvo i polikarbonati.
