Sažetak

U ovom preglednom radu predstavljeni su naučni rezultati tri FP7 projekta Evropske komisije: ARTREAT, SIFEM i EMBALANCE. Naziv FP7 ARTREAT projekta bio je: Modeliranje i predviđanje arteroskleroze na višeslojnom modelu pacijenta i virtuelno treniranje na fantomu. Istraživači sa Univerziteta u Kragujevcu i BioIRC-a uzeli su učešće u ovom projektu. Originalna metoda za formiranje i razvoj plaka razvijena je i potvrđena pilot studijom u EU kliničkim centrima za lečenje koronarnih i karotidnih arterija. Drugi FP7 projekat bio je SIFEM sa temom: Semantičko povezivanje alata i biblioteka metode konačnih elemenata otvorenog koda sa repozitorijumom za višeslojni model i 3D vizualizaciju unutrašnjeg uha. Razvijena je metodologija za model kohlee sa suženom i pravom bazilarnom membranom sa pasivnim i aktivnim modelom. Glavni deo EMBALANCE FP7 projekta je bio model poremećaja kod vertiga. Trodimenzioni model polukružnih kanala je opisan sa 3D interakcijom solid-fluid sa česticama, zidom, deformacijom kupule i endolimfnog fluida. Model je poređen sa kliničkim podacima i merenjima nistagmusa na pacijentima koji imaju vertigo.
