Uticaj nacionalnih kulturnih vrednosti na organizacionu kulturu i poslovnu praksu

Sažetak

U radu se analizira uticaj nacionalnih kulturnih vrednosti i normi na organizacionu kulturu. Istaknuti su pojam i značaj kulture organizacije i prikazane najvažnije tipologije. Takođe je izloženo nekoliko karakterističnih shvatanja odnosa nacionalne i organizacione kulture i ukazano na povezanost dimenzija nacionalnih kultura Geerta Hofstedea i tipova organizacione kulture Charlesa Handya. Na kraju rada je naglašen značaj pravilnog razumevanja odnosa nacionalne i organizacione kulture za poslovnu praksu, pogotovo multinacionalnih kompanija (MNC).
