Uticaji šestonedeljnog pliometrijskog treninga u predsezoni na karakteristike performansi rukometašica

Сажетак

Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se ispitaju uticaji šestonedeljnog pliometrijskog treninga u predsezoni na karakteristike performansi rukometašica. U istraživanju je dobrovoljno učestvovalo devetnaest rukometašica. Podeljene su u 2 grupe [eksperimentalna grupa (ETG) (N = 10) i kontrolna grupa (NTG) (N = 9)]. Obe grupe su redovno trenirale u predsezoni tokom 6 nedelja. Eksperimentalna grupa je takođe imala i pliometrijski trening. Sprintevi (10 m, 20 m i 30 m), čučanj skok (SJ), sunožni skok (CMJ), anaerobna snaga i kapacitet (AP i AC), kao i aerobne varijable pri fiksnim nivoima laktata u krvi (FBLL) [brzina trčanja (RV), puls (HR) i potrošnja kiseonika (VO2)] upoređivani su pre i posle treninga. Rezultati su pokazali da postoje značajne razlike u SJ i CMJ (p<0.05), svim sprintevima (p<0.01), AP i AC (p<0.05), VO2max (p<0.01), RV, HR i VO2 pri svakom od FBLL (p<0.01) pre i posle treninga eksperimentalne grupe. Rezultati pre i posle treninga su takođe značajno različiti u SJ i CMJ (p<0.05), svim sprintevima (p<0.01) i AP (p<0.05) u normalnoj grupi. Zaključuje se da je šestonedeljni pliometrijski trening, pored fizičke spremnosti, tehničkog i taktičkog treninga, važan parametar koji utiče na karakteristike performansi u predsezoni kod rukometašica koje se pripremaju za žensku rukometnu super ligu.
