Uloga ekscentričnog režima rada mišića nogu u alpskom skijanju

Sažetak

Alpsko skijanje karakteriše veliki broj pokreta nogu sa mišićnim kontrakcijama u ekscentričnom režimu rada. Uloga tih pokreta je apsorpcija gravitacione i inercionih sila, precizno upravljanje skijama i održavanje ravnoteže. Dosadašnja istraživanja su utvrdila obim, trajanje i intenzite ekscentričnih kontrakcija kao i osnovne karakteristike amplituda i brzina pokreta. Na osnovu prethodnih saznanja vršeni su eksperimenti sa ekscentričnim treningom na bicikl-ergometru kojima je potvrđen pozitivan uticaj ovog treninga na povećanje maksimalne sile, snage, izdržljivosti, koordinacije, prevenciju povređivanja, metaboličku efikasnost rada, efikasniji rad pri većoj dužini mišića i ulogu u imitaciji pokreta skijaša. Rad predstavlja kratak pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja iz oblasti kinematike, dinamike skijanja i uloge ekscentričnog treninga na razvoj sposobnosti skijaša.
