Povezanost antropometrijskih, fizioloških i fizičkih karakteristika i uspešnosti vrhunskih alpinista

Sažetak

Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se ispitaju antropometrijske, fiziološke i fizičke karakteristike vrhunskih alpinista, kao i veza između ovih karakteristika i uspeha u alpinizmu. Trideset osam vrhunskih iranskih alpinista (visina 178.68 ± 5.77 cm, indeks telesne mase 23.4 ± 2.78 kg/m2 i starosti 31.26 ± 6.93 godina) je ocenjivano u pogledu određenih antropometrijskih, fizioloških i fizičkih varijabli. Tako su merene visina, težina, kao i dužina i obim ekstremiteta. Procenat telesne masti je određen putem merenja debljine kožnog nabora na 3 mesta. Aerobna snaga je procenjivana pomoću testa trčanja u trajanju od 12 minuta, anaerobna snaga je utvrđivana pomoću anaerobnog step testa, performanse skoka uvis i skoka u dalj su ocenjivane pomoću testa sunožnog skoka uvis (Sardžent test) i testa skoka udalj iz mesta, sprint test na 40 jardi (36.6 metara) korišćen je da se oceni brzina, a izdržljivost mišića trupa i gornjeg dela tela je ocenjivana pomoću testova sa trbušnjacima i sklekovima. Zbir rezultata povezanih sa sportskim postignućima smatran je kriterijumom za ocenjivanje uspeha kod alpinista. Antropometrijske karakteristike (jedino godine starosti i procenat telesne masti) pokazale su slabu pozitivnu povezanost (p<0.05) sa uspešnošću. Dok su relativno jake veze nađene između fizioloških i fizičkih karakteristika, uključujući aerobnu snagu (p<0.01), anaerobnu snagu (p<0.01), skok uvis (p<0.05), snagu donjeg dela tela (p<0.01) i izdržljivost mišića trupa (p<0.05) i gornjeg dela tela (p<0.01) i uspeha alpinista. Rezultati ukazuju na značaj fizioloških i fizičkih karakteristika u poređenju sa antropometrijskim osobinama alpinista, kao i na to da uspešno penjanje u velikoj meri zavisi od gore navedenih karakteristika.
