Razlike u eksplozivnoj snazi između košarkaša različitog uzrasta

Sažetak

Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 34 košarkaša, 17 košarkaša uzrasta 11 godina i 17 košarkaša uzrasta 14 godina (± 0.5 godina) Košarkaškog kluba 'Ras' iz Novog Pazara, sa ciljem utvrđivanja razlika u eksplozivnoj snazi između košarkaša različitog uzrasta. Za procenu eksplozivne snage primenjeno je šest testova: skok udalj iz mesta, troskok iz mesta, bacanje medicinke iz ležanja na leđima, bacanje medicinke iz seda raznožnog, sprint na 20 m iz niskog starta, sprint na 30 m iz visokog starta. Za utvrđivanje značajnosti razlika srednjih vrednosti dve grupe košarkaša primenjen je t-test. Statistička značajnost razlika analizirana je na nivou (p<0.05). Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da postoje statistički značajne razlike između košarkaša različitog uzrasta u svim posmatranim varijablama u korist košarkaša uzrasta od 14 godina.
