Sažetak

Različiti faktori mogu uticati na pouzdanost elektromiografskog signala (electromyography - EMG), od kojih je vrsta kontrakcije praktično najvažnija. Ova studija ima za cilj da istraži pouzdanost EMG tokom maksimalne voljne kontrakcije (maximal voluntary contraction - MVC) mišića ekstenzora u zglobu kolena pri različitim zglobnim uglovima unutar iste ili između dve sesije. Devet zdravih, fizički dobro pripremljenih, studenata Fakulteta sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja su dobrovoljno pristupili testiranju. Osnovne karakteristike ispitanika su bile: 23±1 godina, telesna masa 80.8±7.8 kg i telesna visina 182±7 cm. Analiziran je EMG signal sa 3 različite glave m.quadriceps femoris-a: spoljašnja glava (VL), unutrašnja glava (VM) i prava glava (RF). Ispitanici su imali zadatak da sprovedu 3 što brže i što jače MVC u 6 različitih početnih uglova u zglobu kolena u 2 sesije odvojene 7-8 dana. Statistička procedura intra-class coefficient of correlation (ICC) je korišćena kako bi se identifikovala relativna pouzdanost na nivou same sesije i između sesija, dok je standard error of measurement (SEM) korišćena kako bi se izračunala apsolutna pouzdanost svakog testiranog mišića. Svi mišići su pokazali visoku pouzdanost unutar iste sesije (ICC=0.488-0.988 i SEM=1.38-11.35). VL je pokazao dobru pouzdanost između sesija za većinu početnih uslova (ICC=0.603-0.948), VM za dva zglobna ugla (ICC120°=0.764 i ICC130°=0.788), RF nije bio pouzdan ni za jedan početni ugao u zglobu kolena. Ova studija pokazuje da RF ne bi trebalo koristiti u EMG testiranjima tokom MVC pri ekstenziji nogu zbog nedostatka pouzdanosti između sve sesije, i da bi ugao od 120° trebalo da se koristi pri EMG RMS testiranju VM i VL.
