Sažetak

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se ispita uticaj proprioceptivnog treninga na eksplozivnu snagu, agilnost i koordinaciju devojčica uzrasta 7-9 godina koje treniraju ritmičku gimnastiku. Merenja su sprovedena na uzorku od 74 zdrave devojčice. Uzorak je podeljen u dve grupe: eksperimentalnu (43 devojčice) i kontrolnu (31 devojčica). Eksperimentalna grupa je primenjivala proprioceptivni trening u okviru svojih redovnih treninga RG, u periodu od 12 nedelja (24 treninga). Kontrolna grupa je pohađala samo treninge ritmičke gimnastike. Da bi se utvrdili efekti eksperimentalnog faktora na praćene motoričke sposobnosti korišćeni su standardizovani testovi za procenu snage, koordinacije i agilnosti. Sve ispitanice merene su pre početka primene eksperimentalnog faktora (pretest) i nakon njegovog završetka (posttest). Za utvrđivanje razlika u postignutim rezultatima između inicijalnog i finalnog merenja, za svaku od grupa, korišćen je t-test za zavisne uzorke. Za utvrđivanje razlika između grupa na inicijalnom i finalnom merenju korišćen je t-test za nezavisne uzorke. Analizom rezultata inicijalnog i finalnog merenja konstatovan je napredak kod svih praćenih motoričkih sposobnosti u eksperimentalnoj grupi. Kod ispitanica u kontrolnoj grupi zabeležen je napredak u prostoru koordinacije i agilnosti. Statističko testiranje razlika rezultata između grupa u finalnom merenju pokazalo je da razlike između grupa postoje samo u prostoru agilnosti i to u korist eksperimentalne grupe. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata došlo se do zaključka da primena proprioceptivnog treninga kod devojčica uključenih u program ritmičke gimnastike može doprineti prirastu motoričkih sposobnosti koje imaju uticaj na agilnost, dok se u prostoru preostalih praćenih motoričkih sposobnosti ne može sa sigurnošću tvrditi da je zabeležen napredak kao rezultat primene proprioceptivnog treninga.
