Uticaj plesnih fitnes programa na fizičku pripremljenost studenata Pedagoškog fakulteta

Sažetak

Predmet ovog rada je uticaj plesnih fitnes programa na fizički - fitnes status studenata (N=30) Državnog pedagoškog univeriziteta Kmelnytski Hryhori Skovoroda. Dobijeni rezultati su interesantni za nastavnike istraživače u rešavanju problema integrisanja koreografije u fizičko vaspitanje. Ipak, važno je istaći da postoji nedostatak u naučno-metodološkom razvoju u tom pravcu. Predstavljena je primena modernih fitnes programa orijentisanih na ples (plesni aerobik, bodi balet, trbušni ples) u fizičkom vaspitanju studenata u uslovima fakultetskih predavanja. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali značajne promene u pokazateljima fizičkog treninga, fizičkog zdravlja, kao i teoretske pripreme, koje su se dogodile tokom pedagoškog eksperimenta. Utvrđeno je da su se pokazatelji fizičkog stanja studenata u eksperimentalnoj grupi značajno promenili, i to: ChSS pokazatelj se povećao sa 82,5 b/m na 93,03; krvni pritisak je ostao nepromenjen, telesna masa se smanjila sa 63,1 na 60,15 kg; pretklon napred u sedećem položaju za 7,77cm (p < 0,05); šatl trčanje 4x9m za 4,82sec (p < 0,05); dizanje tela u jednom minutu za 4,15 podizanja (p<0,05). Utvrđeno je da je primena modernih fitnes programa orijentisanih ka plesu, koji se realizuju u kontekstu fakultetske nastave, efikasan način da se optimizuje program fizičkog vaspitanja studenata. Na taj način bi se problemi njihovog fizičkog i intelektualnog razvoja rešili na sveobuhvatan način, zadovoljile potrebe za motoričkim aktivnostima, ali bi se razvila i održiva motivacija na časovima fizičkog vaspitanja.
