Sažetak

U savremenim uslovima izraženog dinamizma konkurencije, jasno artikulisanih zahteva društvene zajednice i sve glasnijih ekoloških zahteva, društveno odgovorno poslovanje postaje neizostavna strategija odgovornog i etičnog upravljanja kompanijom. U zavisnosti od toga koliko kompanija promišljeno upravlja društveno odgovornim projektima zavisi stepen njene održivosti i nivo kvaliteta odnosa sa zajednicom. Imajući to u vidu, ovaj rad ima za cilj da omogući bolje i potpunije razumevanje društveno odgovornog ponašanja kompanija u odnosima sa društvenom zajednicom. Shodno tome, značaj društvene odgovornosti i uloga društvenih investicija za razvoj zajednice u fokusu su ovog rada. Kompetencije menadžera korporativne društvene odgovornosti za razvoj zajednice su takođe analizirane u cilju boljeg razumevanja nove uloge i odgovornosti kompanija.
