Sažetak

Ubrzan razvoj informaciono komunikacionih tehnologija sa stanovišta hardverskih i softverskih resursa doveo je do njihove sve veće primene u različitim oblastima svakodnevnog života i rada ljudi. Jedan od noviteta hardverske industrije svakako su i male bespilotne letilice popularno nazvane dronovi. Skup servisa koje dronovi nude omogućio je njihovu upotrebu u mnogim oblastima. Jedna od aktuelnih oblasti primene dronova je poljoprivreda. Delatnosti u kojima dronovi mogu biti zastupljeni u oblasti poljoprivrede zavise u mnogome i od opremeljenosti samog drona različitim setom senzora i/ili kamerama visoke rezolucije. U radu je dat pregled primene dronova u poljoprivredi sa stanovišta oblasti pogodnih za njihovu upotrebu. Takođe su obrađene prednosti i ograničenja upotrebe ovakvih letilica. Prednosti i nedostaci su opisani sa različitih ekonomskih i pravnih aspekata. Njihova upotreba u mnogome može doprineti razvoju precizne poljoprivrede, smanjenju troškova proizvodnje i proizvodnji zdravije hrane.
