Motoričke sposobnosti i efekat relativne starosti adolescenata

Sažetak

Ovim istraživanjem ispitivan je efekat relativne starosti (ERS) kod adolescenata iz Bosne i Hercegovine. Ciljevi istraživanja bili su da se procene motoričke sposobnosti učenika adolescentnog uzrasta (muškog i ženskog pola) i da se ispita ERS između relativno starijih i relativno mlađih učenika, zatim između relativno starijih i relativno mlađih učenica. Motoričke sposobnosti su procenjene odabranim testovima iz Eurofit baterije motoričkih testova. Normalnost distribucije je proverena Kolmogorov-Smirnov testom, kao i pokazateljima asimetrije (skjunisa) i homogenosti (kurtozisa) distribucije. Kod varijabli sa normalnom distribucijom, za utvrđivanje razlika između grupa ispitanika primenjena je jednofaktorska analiza varijanse, a za varijable sa nepravilnom distribucijom primenjen je Mann-Whitney U test. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da postoje značajne razlike u dva testa motoričkih sposobnosti između relativno starijih i relativno mlađih učenika, dok kod učenica nisu utvrđene razlike između relativno starijih i relativno mlađih ispitanica. Rezultati ukazuju da je ERS manje prisutan u srednjem adolescentnom uzrastu kod dečaka i devojčica. Ova saznanja mogu biti od koristi za nastavnike fizičkog vaspitanja (FV) u planiranju nastave FV.
