Neoliberalizam i ordoliberalizam - kritika dvije forme imperijalizma i autoritarizma

Sažetak

Imperijalizam je prvenstveno vođen kombinacijom javnih politika i poretka režima koji se razvija unutar domaćeg okruženja same imperijalne države. Međutim, kao forma međunarodne politike, imperijalizam ima za cilj transformaciju društveno-ekonomskog i političkog poretka drugih država, posebno na globalnoj periferiji i poluperiferiji, putem nametanja sopstvenog klasnog modela koji preovladava u njihovim metropolitskim državama. Dvije najvažnije odvojive, ali ne i odvojene, javne politike našeg vremena su anglo-američki neoliberalizam, kojeg pokreće 'post Breton Vudska'-globalizacija / finansijalizacija i njemačko-austrijski (ordo)liberalizam, koji usmjerava proces evropskih 'integracija'. Argumentacija koja se iznosi u ovom radu jeste da (anglo-američki) neoliberalizam i (njemačko-austrijski) (ordo)liberalizam, nisu samostalne domaće politike, već su prilično konzistentne sa njihovim imperijalnim naporima. Prvi projekat je širi i istinski globalni, dok drugi dominira u EU i Evrozoni i njenoj neposrednoj periferiji (Balkan / Istočna Evropa i MENA region). U tom smislu, u članku se iznosi kvalitativna kritika kako javnih politika koje predstavljaju politike imperijalne dominacije, transformacije i eksploatacije, tako i podržavanih poredaka koji primjenjuju permanentu štednju i autoritarizam u svojim državama, ali i stalni rat i devastacije u inostranstvu.
