Sažetak

Cilj ovog rada je da prikaže jednu relativno novu metodu višekriterijumske analize EDAS i da pokaže njenu primenljivost u rangiranju kandidata za rad u turističkoj privredi. Primer korišćenja metode EDAS koji je ovde iznet je autentičan i segment je šireg istraživanja. Koristi realne podatke i zahteve, ali doveo je i do realnih problema u cilju čijeg rešavanja je razvijena ekstenzija metode EDAS, EDAS+ koja je testirana i koja je dala zadovoljavajuće rezultate.
