Sukobi u industrijskim organizacijama i tranzicija - slučaj Srbije

Sažetak

Sklop eksternih i internih tranzicijskih činilaca nije tokom vremena uticao samo na devastaciju srpske industrije, nego je u preostalim i novoformiranim industrijskim organizacijama uslovio niz organizacionih promena. U tekstu je pažnja fokusirana na činioce koji su doveli do promene položaja i smanjenja moći industrijskih radnika i uticali na njihov odnos prema sukobima u organizaciji. Oslanjajući se na empirijske podatke iz 2001. i 2011-2013. godine, a polazeći od pretpostavke da je moguće očekivati tolerisanje postojanja sukoba kao takvih i njihovu regulaciju u industrijskoj sferi (što je praksa u razvijenim kapitalističkim društvima), u tekstu se proverava da li su i u kojoj meri sukobi u industrijskim organizacijama u Srbiji institucionalizovani.
